Hello my name is Rodriques Wells the CEO and Kevin Erby COO of Brotherhood Elite basketball AAU organization. We are here to ensure that the mission of Brotherhood Elite is carried out. The mission for the program is to provide great and enjoyable training for your young men and women. This program is bigger than just basketball to me and my staff. It is not just here for basketball it is a means of getting our kids into school on scholarships. In this program the players will learn the importance of getting good grades and also life skills. The players will also receive the understanding of professionalism. We plan to train at a high standard and we also expect our players to play at a high standard. Also, within the program we are going to give the kids the chance to show off their talent to other coaches and also college coaches, along with that the players will always have the chance to come back to the program if they would like to coach sometime in the future. Once the players and parents enter into the program you become a part of a family. Coach Kevin and I will make sure that you and the player have a great experience within the program. We will not just be coaches, we will be mentors, friends, and a family. Just go Elite......
